Merchandise Return
What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within twenty (20) days of receipt with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 20 days.
What cannot be returned within 20 days?
Engraved jewelry items with your initials or names may not be returned. However generic engraved rings may be returned for credit, but the engraving fee will not be refunded, if charged.
Can I process the return online?
Yes, as long as the item was purchased within 20 days.
Can I return an item that was given to me as a gift?
Yes, PGR is happy to exchange it for merchandise credit within 20 days of purchase. Place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and request online for pickup.
Will the buyer of my returned gift know that it was returned?
No, we will not alert the buyer that the gift was returned and exchanged.
Do I pay the return shipping costs for corrections/repairs/alterations?
One time return is provided free of cost. Any further returns, modifications would have to be borne by the customer.
I am expecting my returned item to be replaced. How long does it take to reach me?
Once your return is processed allow 2-3 business days to provide revised delivery dates. Usually an order requires 22 days of time to get the new one manufactured. But this can be further reduced depending on the urgency of the occasion.
Will I be notified during the merchandise returns process?
Yes. Once your package arrives at PGR, it takes 1-2 business days before you receive an e-mail alerting you that your return is being processed.
When should I expect to receive my return credit?
Allow 3-5 business days from the time of the confirmation e-mail for the funds to reach your account, from there, processing time may vary depending on your credit card company's or your Bank funds transfer policy.
Can I track the status of my return order?

Can I do a "rush order" on my return?
Yes, you may choose to place a special request providing a short details on the need for rush order (such as marriage dates/ B’dayetc) and we would do our best to deliver the product in person to make you happy.

How is my order packaged?
For security reasons we secure your order with non-descriptive packaging material as a cover page. Inside, you will see PGR elegantly branded packaging with appropriate jewellery box for personal storage.
I'm giving this as a gift. What are my options as I place my order?
For that extra personal touch, we recommend personalized engraving. It's available on most of our rings and all engraving-friendly items. You may also request a gift receipt.
Can I track my order?
Yes. On the day of shipment we'll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You'll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step. You may also access shipping information by using the "Order Status" link.
Financing
Do you offer financing?
While we do not finance the jewellery, we do provide varies saving schemes that you can take advantage of. For more details on saving schemes refer to the section or call us for details.
Can I pay in multiple instalments for the order placed?
Yes. We give you the option of placing an order and collect the cost estimation so that you could plan your financials accordingly. The payments can be made in multiple instalments as per your convenience. However the jewellery delivery would be done on receipt of 100% payment. The cash receipt would be given for each of the part payment.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry I purchase from PGR?
Yes. In staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.
How do I get an article repaired purchased from PGR?
We offer complimentary cleaning and product check-up (recommended every six months) as a well-advised preemptive measure against the possibility of stone loss or damage that occurs when points are bent, pulled, caught, or broken during normal wear. We only ask that you cover the extra gold/silver if any for such repair and nominal labor charges. And as a gesture of gratitude for choosingPGR, we'll cover the shipping back to you.
