Conditions And Exclusions

Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than PGR will void your Manufacturer Warranty.
Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings, chains and bangles since they are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
  2. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
  3. Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  4. Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

Online Return

Other than Engraved jewelry items with your initials or names, can be returned online or contact us directly for pickup. Items must be in original condition and cannot be engraved. Online Returns do not apply to the following items:

  1. Item(s) shipped over 20 days ago.
  2. Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
  3. Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
  4. Engraved items (rings etc).

    Our 20-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund.

  • Return Policy
    Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within twenty days from when it was shipped, with a Return Authorization.To receive a return authorization on orders shipped follow the steps outlined below. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product bills and cover boxes, and shipped within 20 days.
    Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
    If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at our contact numbers. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by PGR. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. PGR will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

  • Non-Refundable Items
    Engraved jewelry items with your initials or names may not be returned. However generic engraved rings may be returned for credit, but the engraving fee will not be refunded, if charged. Returns with improper packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

  • How to Prepare a Return or Exchange
    Package Your Return. We recommend you use jewellery box that we would have given you to pack,including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for recertification cost. For security reasons, do not write PGR Jewellers anywhere on the outside of the box.
    We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully covered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

  • Sale Price Adjustments
    If in case you have exchanged another article, any additional difference of weight would be calculated based on exchange DATE rates.

  • Cancel an Order
    If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a PGR Jewellers Consultant. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
